• Order Processing:
  • All orders, whether within the UK or international, will be dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Each shipment will include a tracking number for your convenience.
• UK-Based Shipping:
  • We are based in the UK, so all our orders will be shipped from the UK.
• Delivery within the UK:
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Free for orders £25 or over, or £4 for orders under £25.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.
• International Delivery:
  • All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.
  • Shipping costs vary and will be displayed at checkout once the shipping address is entered.
  • For international orders, the customer/recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes upon receipt of the shipment. Customers are strongly advised to check taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and import fees in line with the destination country prior to placing an order.
• Important Note:
  • If there is any misdelivery due to incorrect shipping details entered while the order is being placed, we are not responsible for the misdelivery.
  • We are not responsible for any late delivery caused by Royal Mail.
